WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE JOB?
As a Front of House Team Member you will be expected to work shifts as and when the business requires you to.You may be required to work in the restaurant or bar (Licensing permitting)

Ensure that you have everything they need to provide great guest service every time on any session that you are working.
Supporting the management team in providing a safe environment to work in.
Guests
Making sure that every guest leaves knowing they had a great experience whatever the occasion.
Working with the Kitchen team on any session to achieve the highest standards in line with company brand standards.
Providing a safe environment for our guests followed by company food safety, health and safety and Licensing law guidelines.
Striving to working a perfect guest focused shift every time by adhering to brand standards.
