As a Grill Chef you will be expected to work shifts as and when the business requires you to. You may also be required to work in other departments if required.To perform any duties as required by your Manager or Duty Manager.

People
·To communicate and liaise with all team members in all departments, demonstrate a willingness to embrace company standards on every session.
·To provide the tools required for your team to deliver great guest service every time.
·Support the management team in providing a safe environment to work in
Guests
·Serve fantastic quality food every time on time, strive for excellence to ensure the guest enjoys a great experience whatever the occasion.
·Support other departments by working within the restaurant or bar team on any session to achieve company brand standards.
·Provide a safe environment for our guests by following company food safety, health and safety and Licensing law guidelines.
·Strive to work a perfect guest focused shift every time by adhering to brand standards.
Shareholders
·Work shifts to ensure maximum productivity occurs to enable you to meet all the required targets.
·Take any action required to prevent, minimise and understand guest complaints
·Ensure that all shifts focus on Labour control and margin delivery.
