We are situated in the centre of the village and are only a short walk from Woodhall Spa Golf Club, the home of the English Golf Union and the National Golf Centre. The course is ranked as one of the best in the world and because of this golfers travel from all over the globe to play it and make up a large proportion of our business. Along with our fine dining restaurant we also cater for many functions throughout the year, from weddings to Royal Air Force Squadron dinners. -
The job itself consists of an average of 40 hours a week incorporating split shifts. You will be expected to take control of the kitchen in the Head Chefs' absence and maintain the quality expected. Applicants looking for their first Sous Chef position will be considered. We can offer the option of living in but it would be preferred if this was not needed.
