A sous chef position has become available at our hotel restaurant in the Cotswolds, the restaurant serves the busy local area using fresh locally sourced fresh foods for our modern British menus.
As sous chef you will be responsible for helping the dynamic forward thinking Head Chef run this stunning operation cooking to a high rosette level. You will assist in training and developing the team. The hotel is very restaurant focused with a small banqueting/private dining /wedding business. The chosen candidate must come from a high level restaurant/hotel background. This role would suit an experienced sous chef looking for progression.
Key Skills Ability to demonstrate kitchen and culinary skills to the highest level.
Confident, professional and welcoming personality
Self motivated and driven sous chef who wants to progress.
Excellent management skills and good financial understanding a must.
Motivate staff will to pass on skills to others
Must be able to speak fluent English to a very high standard
